As a young journalist, she helped birth the Great Taste Awards and went on to work with some of the biggest names in food – from stars of Masterchef and Great British Bake Off to restaurant groups including JKS and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.
The author of seven books in her own right, she has commissioned many more for top publishing houses, chaired the Guild of Food Writers, and spent several years as editor of Time Out London's renowned Eating & Drinking Guide.
